Quantity Price Breaks
from your very first order!
Shop by quantity breaks or loyalty discount level! The Good, Better, Best levels are established by the amount
of your opening order. Once you place a qualifying order, all future orders receive your loyalty discount pricing
for the next year. Items are priced by set (ST) or individually (EA). If the item is a set, you pay one price for
the entire set. If the item is an assortment (ASST), you pay the price for each piece.

Policies and payment terms are subject to change
without notice. Melrose accepts all major credit
cards, physical checks, and checks by phone/
fax. Prepayment orders will be canceled and
returned to available stock after 14 working days
of scheduled ship if payment is not received.
Returned checks will incur a $25 fee added to
your account in addition to the returned checks
policy of your financial institution.
Net 30 terms are available with credit approval.
Most applications receive a decision within 7-10
days of application receipt. If invoices are not
paid within terms given they will be subject to
incur finance charges.
BACK
ORDERS
Back orders may be shipped up to 90 days from scheduled ship, without notice, unless a cancel date
has been specified on the order OR the customer makes Melrose aware of their “no back orders”
policies where applicable. Discontinued items or sold out items will be automatically canceled and
removed from your order.
CLAIMS
Melrose urges customers to check their products upon arrival, as all claims must be made within 30 days
of receipt of merchandise. When your claim is processed and approved, Melrose will issue a return
authorization or credit to your account. Please note, under no circumstances will returned items be
accepted without a valid and verified return authorization. All returned merchandise must be shipped
back in the original packaging; 20% restocking fees may apply.
